Founded by Maître Chloé Belloy, a member of the Paris Bar and former member of the Bar Council, the Belloy Law Firm specializes in personal law: criminal law, white-collar crime, and family law. The firm practices in France and the United Arab Emirates, where Maître Belloy is registered as a Legal Consultant, Will Draftsman, and Mediator with the DIFC Courts in Dubai.
In June 2025, the firm’s work was recognized with the Gulf News BeingShe Excellence Award—Excellence in Legal Services, Best in Criminal and Family Law—which honors its technical expertise and its human-centered, preventive approach to legal counsel. In November 2025, Chloé Belloy was recognized in the “Global Power Leaders 2025” rankings at the Global Leadership Conclave 2025, held at the House of Lords, the iconic seat of the British Parliament.
